Accreditation and  Assessment

The Accreditation and  Assessment division, under the direction of Associate Provost for Accreditation and Assessment Barbara Bohannon, Ph.D., is responsible for overseeing, reviewing and supporting the accrediting process for institutional and program-level accreditations, and coordinating and supporting the University’s academic outcomes assessment program, which includes the assessment of student outcomes in both general education and the program or major.

In addition, Dr. Bohannon represents the Provost’s Office in matters related to attracting, retaining and enhancing the experience of transfer students. These include development, implementation and maintenance of transfer articulation agreements with other institutions.

Dr. Bohannon also serves as adviser to the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Committee.
