Tips and Tricks
How can I adjust the size of my PRINT experience on Hofstra Online? Always use the PRINT link on the right side of the Hofstra Online Page Heading, NOT the browser print feature. Making the Text Font size larger in your browser will increase the size of the printed text. Keeping the CONTROL key pressed, click on the "+" key to increase the font size and "-" key to decrease the font size. Some web pages have long lines of text and print more clearly using Landscape orientation. Go to your Page Layout option under the File menu of your browser, to adjust the orientation of the print. In most cases the browser 'Shrink to Fit' feature found in the Page Layout, should be ON. An exception to this is when you are printing your W2 when the 'Shrink to Fit' feature should be OFF.
