The
Help Desk provides computer assistance to the Faculty, Staff and Administration
of the Hofstra Community.
Our goal is to:
- Assist you with issues concerning
your computer hardware and software, or the Hofstra network.
- Place a service call if your computer
or account need service.
- Provide computer training classes
for faculty, staff and administration of Hofstra University. (See
our Training
Catalog for schedules)
- Support you with the Hofstra Online
Information System, and Banner Proper.

Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Walk-In Service Hours (108 McEwen Hall)
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
