Overview

The Key Management System (KMS) is used to keep track of every key and every lock on campus. With over 15,000 locks and 30,000 keys issued the management of keys and locks is a big issue.

All employees must sign for keys they are issued. The KMS provides HR access to the required Real-time information so all keys can be recovered when an employee departs from the university.

  • Utilizing digital signature support in the KMS.
