Key Request Procedure

All new key requests must be made by using the Hofstra University Key Request Form. If you are requesting a key to replace a lost key, go to the Lost Key Procedure Page.

As a request for a new key, make sure to properly mark the "ARE THESE REPLACEMENTS FOR LOST OR STOLEN KEYS" answer as"NO".
