The Help Desk provides computer assistance to the Faculty, Staff and Administration of the Hofstra Community.

Our goal is to:

Assist you with issues concerning your computer hardware and software and connecting to university resources.
Provide telephone, in person or remote assistance with your Hofstra email account, the My.Hofstra.edu portal, Hofstra Online Information System and Banner Proper.

Call Center Hours (516-463-7777):
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Walk-In Service Hours (107 McEwen Hall)
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
