Welcome to Hofstra University's Help Desk

The Help Desk provides computer assistance to the Faculty, Staff and Administration of the Hofstra Community.

Our goal is to:

  • Assist you with issues concerning your computer hardware and software and connecting to university resources.
  • Provide telephone, in person or remote assistance with your Hofstra email account, the My.Hofstra.edu portal, Hofstra Online Information System and Banner Proper.

Call Center Hours (516-463-7777):
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Walk-In Service Hours (107 McEwen Hall)
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
