Description: The Clerk Supervisor supports the daily operations of the computer center and provides clerical assistance as required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling and running reports, distribution of reports, responding to telephone calls as well as email, operating the document scanner and processing / completing user requests. This position works with multiple departments across the campus community as well as other computer center employees, escalating problems as needed. The Clerk Supervisor must be very attentive to details to insure the accuracy and the timely delivery of all user requests. May perform other duties not specifically identified above but which require the same degree of skills and which are normally included within the above job title.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am-3pm
Additional hours and days will be required to cover for peak periods, vacation and or absences.

Qualifications: Must be detail oriented, work well in a team environment and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks independently. This position requires the ability to adapt quickly to change as well as excellent communication, organization and customer service skills. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience working with Banner is preferred.
