Structure

The HBCG consists of M.B.A. students who possess strong academic ability, effective communication skills and business savvy. Two levels, Associate and Executive, operate within the HBCG.

New Associate members are recruited each semester to ensure continuity. Associates who demonstrate outstanding performance and leadership ability are promoted to the Executive level and serve as project leaders. A Director and Deputy Director are selected from the Executive body to lead and represent the HBCG.

Members leave the HBCG upon completion of their degree and continue to promote and support the HBCG as alumni.
