Welcome To Baseball Camp

The Baseball program is designed for the camper who enjoys the game of baseball, regardless of experience or skill level. Emphasis is placed on the proper mechanics and techniques of the game. Drills include instruction in throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching and game situations. Players develop baseball skills in a fun environment. Games are played daily on Hofstra University fields, and skills and techniques are taught by experienced coaches. Each session ends with a Hofstra “World Series.”

Note:

Baseball glove and cap required.

Open to girls and boys entering grades 2 through 9.

Schedule:

Half the day consists of baseball. For the other half of the day, your child is placed in a recreation group of 8-10 campers in the same grade and gender where all campers enjoy lunch, instructional swim and recreational sports.
