Human Resources Management Certificate Program

This program will enable you to retrain for a new career in the very important field of human resources management.

Human resource managers help organizations maximize their employees’ skills and provide the essential link between employees and management.

They recruit and select the best people, maintain EEO compliances, supervise compensation policies and evaluation systems, coordinate employee benefits, design 0training programs, and play an active role in labor-relations activities. This fast-track program is also extremely useful if you want to stay in and enhance your current career by developing significant, additional knowledge in this area.

Whether you’re interested in working in a corporation, a nonprofit organization or a government agency, you can play a key role in that organization’s operations and growth with your HRMCP background. You may also apply some of these courses toward the prerequisites for an MBA program.

How to Apply
To apply to this program submit a completed credit certificate application with the application fee.

Admission Requirements
Bachelor's degree.

Program Requirements
The Human Resouces certificate program requires successful completion of a minimum of 18 credits in two (2) required courses and four (4) electives.
