This program will present the strategies, tactics and insights needed to understand and control conflict in the workplace. They will distinguish between healthy competition and destructive conflict, recognize and diffuse conflicts between departments, minimize dissatisfaction by employing proper negotiation techniques and look beyond the tensions and get to the root of interpersonal conflict.
