Writing about yourself is the easiest, yet sometimes the most difficult, form of writing. This class allows you to take those life-changing events and times in your life and turn them into effective personal essays. Through in-class exercises on brainstorming and free writing, as well as outside assignments, each student has the opportunity to finish and polish a personal essay.
