Appropriate for the student who needs extra preparation for the Mathematics B Regents examinations this intensive course goes beyond the intuitive approach to concentrate on formal proofs, and covers all the major topics required to pass this test. Taught in small groups of students with similar skill levels, topics include logic, proofs based on logic, geometric theorems and proofs, quadratic equations, mathematical systems, transformational geometry and probability. Prepare and review for the Regents using actual questions from past examinations.
