This is for children who can swim 5 yards on their front and 5 yards on their back without assistance. In groups of 4-7, the swimmers will be taught correct breathing as well as proper stroke and kick techniques. The swimmers will be taught front crawl, back crawl and the elementary backstroke. They will begin to work on their endurance and build on the skills that were taught in Beginner Swimming.
