Hofstra offers a 10-week program, in both the fall and spring, and a 6-week program in the summer. Saturdays at Hofstra, however, are not a sixth day of school: Children thrive in our small classes with low student-to-teacher ratios. They respond with enthusiasm to the personal nature of an out-of-the classroom learning environment where the focus is on learning, enrichment, and socialization--not "teaching to the test." They also enjoy making friends with other students from throughout Long Island. In fact, many tell their classmates back home, "I go to college!"
