Registration Procedures
You may register by Internet, telephone, fax, mail, or in person. Tuition and fees are payable in full at the time of registration. Students are not considered officially registered until payment has been made in full.


Add/Drop
SStudents registered for CCEPA courses may request to add one course and drop another, by sending an Add/Drop/Withdrawal request in writing to CCEPA Registrar Office via fax, postal mail, or in person. Certificate students must obtain their advisor’s approval prior to making schedule changes.

Withdrawing from a Course for a Refund
If you are taking CCEPA courses you may drop a course by completing and sending an Add/Drop/Withdrawal request in writing to CCEPA Registrar Office via fax, postal mail, or in person. Certificate students must obtain their advisor’s approval regarding dropping a course and alternative program planning.
  • The amount of your refund or tuition credit will be pro-rated based on when the Add/Drop/Withdrawal request is received by the CCEPA office; see the refund schedule below for details.
  • Add/Drop/Withdrawal requests must be made in writing.
  • Tuition is refunded in the form in which it was paid.
  • Fees are non-refundable. The materials fees are refundable only if the student drops the class prior to the first class and has not received the materials.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing using the Add/Drop/Withdrawal Form.
  • Refund processing takes approximately 4 weeks.
  • Failure to attend class or notification to the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal.

  • Refunds for Cancelled Courses
    CCEPA reserves the right to cancel courses or to adjust curriculum. The reasons courses are cancelled are typically insufficient enrollment, the withdrawal of the instructor, or inability to schedule appropriate instructional space. If you are registered in a course that is cancelled, CCEPA Registrar Office will notify you by telephone or mail. You will be asked if you wish to register for a different course or if you wish a full refund of tuition and fees.

    Add/Drop/Withdrawal & Refund Schedule
    To receive a refund, students must complete Add/Drop/Withdrawal form in writing and forward to CCEPA Registrar Office.  Refunds, if applicable, are allocated according to below Refund Schedule.

    Schedule Two (2) Business Days Prior to First Class Meeting Prior to Second Meeting
    11 or more meetings/days 100% Tuition Refund 80% Tuition Refund
    6 to 10 meetings/day 100% Tuition Refund 80% Tuition Refund
    3 to 5 meetings/days 100% Tuition Refund 80% Tuition Refund
    1 to 2 meetings/days 100% Tuition Refund
