Undergraduates passionate about dance have two majors to choose from, a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in performance, and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in dance education. Although no audition is required for admission to the dance program, students must audition for placement. Hofstra’s proximity to New York City enriches the curriculum, and enables the program to attract nationally and internationally known faculty and guest artists.
