Dance Mission Statement

The mission of the Dance Program is to broaden the students' vision of dance as a living language. The curriculum is designed to build technical proficiency in the performance of traditional and contemporary forms; to enhance a cultural understanding of dance; to cultivate the art of reflection and constructive dialogue; and to develop each student's unique voice as an artist and educator.
