President of CUT (Colombian trade union confederation) and Vice-President of SINALTRAINAL (Colombian national food and beverage workers union)
Juan Carlos Galvis will speak about the violent repression of the union movement in Colombia by paramilitaries and corporations such as Coca-cola. In response to kidnappings, assassinations, and harassment of workers and their families, Coca-cola has been confronted by an international movement of solidarity to once and for all end its crimes against humanity.
