ROTC on CW 11 Morning Show

On May 2, 2007, the CW 11 Morning Show with Larry Hoff spent the early hours of the day doing morning fitness drills with Hofstra's ROTC students. Assistant by Captain John Kaires and Captain Jody Lupo, the ROTC students and Larry rappelled off the side of the Physical Education Center and also did water combat training at the Swim Center. The water combat training consisted of the students diving and swimming while fully uniformed. It also included students and Larry jumping into the deep end of the pool blindfolded while wearing heavy gear and holding weaponry.
