ROTC Commissioning Ceremony
May 13, 2010
The Military Science Department held their Spring Commissioning Ceremony on May 13, 2010, at Monroe Lecture Center Theater. Five cadets took their oaths of appointment and became commissioned officers in the United States Army.
Three of these students were Hofstra seniors: 2LT Michael Handwerker (B.A. in History); 2LT Brandon Macarz (B.A. in History and Political Science); and 2LT Alex McHale (B.A. in Political Science). Also participating were 2LT Richard Bruno of Molloy College and 2LT Andrew Murch of Adelphi University.
Hofstra University Army ROTC would like to congratulate these lieutenants and their families.
