  • Learn about different religious cultures and philosophies. Perfect if you are planning a career in which you will work with diverse populations.
  • Opt for thematic courses that complement your vocational goals:
    • Religion, Health, and Healing
    • Religion, Art, and Media
    • Religious Diversity and Global Politics
  • Concentrate on one particular religious culture. Possibilities include:
    • Buddhism
    • Catholicism
    • Islam
    • Judaism
    • Sikhism
    • American Religion
    • New Age Spirituality
    • Atheism and other alternative cultures (Humanism, Skepticism)
  • If you have a pre-health major, you can choose Religion as your Social Science concentration. Perfect to make you stand out from the crowd applying to med school!
