The Writing Center, located in 102 Mason Hall, offers tutorials and consultations to writers throughout the Hofstra community. In addition, the Center sponsors lectures and workshops of interest to faculty throughout the disciplines, consults on matters related to writing with departments across the curriculum, and administers the Writing Proficiency Exam, which is a Hofstra graduation requirement. The Center is advised by an interdisciplinary board of faculty members.

Our hours for fall 2011 semester are Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We open Monday, September 19, 2011. See you there!
