Undergraduate

In addition to the B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science, we offer courses approved for Validation by Education Experience (VEE) by the Society of Actuaries in applied statistical methods, corporate finance and economics.


Minor

The math minor consists of the successful completion of 18 semester hours including:

  • Three semesters of calculus (MATH 71, 72 and 73)
  • 3 credits of intermediate or advanced mathematics courses numbered 100 or above
  • 3 credits of advanced mathematics courses numbered 110 or above

At least six hours must be in residence.
