ROTC Commissioning Ceremony
May 15, 2008
The Military Science Department held their Spring Commissioning Ceremony on May 15, 2008, at the Leo A. Guthart Cultural Center Theater. Eleven cadets took their oaths of appointment and became commissioned officers in the United States Army.
Five of these students were Hofstra seniors: Alana S. Evangelista, Richard E. Klimkowski, Jason M. Mazzella, Jeffrey M. Orban and Steven J. Orbon. Daniel S. Curtis was from Dowling; Joshua P. Tavares was from the Vaughn College of Aeronautics, and James M. Faulkner, Donald E. Frier III, Jackson Jun-Yuen Hau and Kamil A. Skorupa were from SUNY Stony Brook.
Hofstra University Army ROTC would like to congratulate these lieutenants and their families.
