The Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences invites you to a public meeting with the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). The CAA invites public input about the accreditation process and about our graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology prior to the final reaccreditation decision by the CAA.

Accreditation Status
The M. A. program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech- Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
The program is approved by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) for speech-language pathology and teacher certification (TSSLD), and by the NYSED Licensure Bureau for licensure as speech- language pathologists.
