Applying for Hofstra Recommendation for Certification

In order to apply for certification:

• Submit Institutional Recommendation Request form to the Office of Educational Support Services (Mon-Fri 9-5)
• Apply for certification on TEACH (see link Directions for applying for certification)
• Apply for Graduation (on Portal, print out application on Hofstra website or go to Memorial Hall) To avoid late fees, please note the separate submission deadline dates on the graduation application.  The above listed dates are for the certification application only.
