Dissemination Plan
NCTT will provide the tools and expertise required for Project dissemination. Co-PI Gordon Snyder, NCTT director, will work with ATE Center directors to publicize initiatives and products in school districts affiliated with the Centers. There are 33 such NSF-funded ATE Centers in the U.S.. NCTT will work with UB to ensure that new and emerging technologies including podcasting, blogs, wikis, and vodcasting (video podcasting) are used. NCTT will also implement a Web-based work space that will serve as a nexus for technology educators to use during and beyond the life of the Project . Presentations will be made at national conferences including the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE), the ITEA, and the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC). Research results will be published in professional journals. Prentice Hall Inc. (Pearson School Division) will market materials nationally.
