1955
Nancy Mion (B.B.A.) of Bayport, NY has been involved with the American Association of University Women for the past 34 years and is currently the New York State public policy director. She retired 10 years ago from her position as a school librarian after 34 years of work.

1975
Amy Maclean (B.B.A) of Canyon, California is completing her 10th year with Orange County, California’s The Prentice School as a music specialist. She is also a flute instructor at the Orange County High School of the Arts’ Fennell Wind Institute and performs professionally with the Bosendorfer Ensemble and the Orange County Wind Ensemble.

Philip Kantz (M.B.A.) of Wilmington, NC is a licensed shipmaster and retired CEO. He makes several voyages each year and recently returned from a commercial voyage aboard Matson Navigation Company’s M/V Manukai, a 38,000 ton containership.

Joseph P. Ciavarella (B.B.A.) of North Merrick, NY was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer at AboveNet, Inc. Patrick J. Purcell (M.B.A., Honorary Degree ’92) of Boston, MA has been named the new executive chairman of Ottaway Newspapers, Inc.

Stephen Schnoor (B.B.A.) of Mechanicsburg, PA was promoted to chief financial officer of Harsco Corporation, a NYSE-listed company.

John Schnabel (M.B.A.) of Westbury, NY is a partner in a private equity firm based out of Boston and New York.

Christina Kraft (B.B.A) of Eastchester, NY is a sales counselor with The Club at Briarcliff Manor in Briarcliff Manor, NY, a luxury continuing-care retirement community now in development by Integrated Development Group, LLC.

Brad Needleman (B.B.A.) of New York, NY has been promoted to senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis in its Manhattan Brokerage.

Dammand Cherry (B.B.A.) of New York, NY is the CEO and publisher of ThePoliticus.com. The Politicus is the first fully-integrated, politically-based, user-generated social network on the web. Christopher Hecker (B.B.A.) of Rockville Center, NY was recently promoted to Assistant Import Operations Manager at Expeditors International of Washington, Inc.

Christina Spann (B.B.A) of New York, NY was recently elected second vice president/program director for the North Manhattan alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.’s 2008-2010 term.

2003
Clinton Brown (B.B.A.) of Hicksville, NY was the keynote speaker at the 27th annual Reach for a Star spring luncheon. The event was a benefit for the children of the Henry Viscardi School at Abilities! James Salerno (B.B.A) of Huntington, NY has joined Barnum Financial Group as a financial services representative.

2007
Justin DePhillips (B.B.A) of Moosic, PA was recently named one of the “Top 30 under 40” in the Systems Built Housing Industry by American Home Bank. The award was given on January 19, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV at the International Builders Show.
