Mr. Chardavoyne is Chief Financial Officer of Brash Entertainment LLC, an international publisher of interactive software entertainment. From 2000-2006, Mr. Chardavoyne held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Activision, Inc., a global publisher of interactive software entertainment. Prior to this, Mr. Chardavoyne was Chief Financial Officer for Movietown.com, held several senior financial and management positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment and was a Principal at Ernst & Young. In addition, Mr. Chardavoyne presently serves on the board of directors and audit committees of FTD, Inc. and Association of Volleyball Professionals, Inc. Mr. Chardavoyne received a BBA in accounting from Hofstra University and is a certified public accountant.
