Political strategist and CNN commentator Donna Brazile gave the annual Arnold A. Saltzman lecture on the State of the Union. Ms. Brazile, who ran the 2000 presidential campaign of Vice President Al Gore, spoke on the bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln's birthday and discussed race in American politics today.
