Undergraduate Transfer Students

When you choose to apply to Hofstra University, you can do so easily and quickly by using either the Hofstra Online Admission Application or the Common Application (undergraduate applicants only.)

If you apply via the Hofstra Online Admission Application, you will create a secure login ID and password, so you can complete the application in multiple sessions, plus you have the ability to track and monitor your application while it is being processed. For undergraduate students, the fee for applying using the Online Admission Application or the Common Application is reduced to $50. For international students, the application fee is $75.

Undergraduates Only: Hofstra University is a member of the Common Application for Colleges and Universities and we accept the Common Application. If you choose to apply with this type of application we ask that you also submit a supplement which is available below.

Transfer candidates are considered on a rolling basis, but we encourage early application for students interested in on-campus housing and scholarships.
