RYAN MCCARTHY (Class of 2008, Music major) is a serious pianist and a big fan of Hofstra Concerts. Ryan, who loves Irish folk music and Irish dancing, recently won first place in an All-Ireland Dance Championship. He says his dreams include opening his own Irish dance school or a career in music merchandising.
