BEN SOLIS (Class of 2007, with dual majors, Political Science and Philosophy) is Student Government Association comptroller and active in Hofstra Gamers (for videogame buffs), the Philosophy Club, the Prelaw Society and Hofstra Democrats. He's eyeing a career in international trade and customs law. When at home in Albany, New York, Ben's interests are more offbeat. "I'm a blacksmith and I make wine." Ben enjoys trips to the Metropolitan Opera and hanging out with friends David Haas and Kristen Ruccatano in the same office space at the Student Center.
