Alumni Ambassadors Program
Alumni Ambassadors is a new program to let alumni serve as local and regional volunteer representatives of Hofstra University for the recruitment of prospective students and their parents. Ambassadors will serve as liaisons to the Alumni and Admissions offices, and will help at various on and off campus engagements.
Alumni Ambassador Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective and new students
- Attend accepted student receptions (on campus and around the country)
- Host or attend freshmen send-offs (local or out-of-town)
- Host or attend introductory events
Please call the Alumni Relations Office at (516) 463-6636 or complete an Alumni Volunteer Form to indicate your interest in becoming an Alumni Ambassador. Interviews for this opportunity will be held in the Spring of 2008.
