SERVICE CLUBS Circle K - Circle K's mission is to involve college and university students in campus and community service while developing quality leaders and citizens. The club is international and involves a wide range of service activities.
Class of 2001-2004 - The purpose of the classes of 2001-2004 is to provide programming activities that instill unity between the members of the classes.
Entertainment Unlimited - Entertainment Unlimited ensures successful cultural, social and recreational activities at Hofstra. Events include trips to see Broadway shows and to Great Adventure, as well as a variety of on-campus events, including movies each weekend. Annual events include Fall Week, Spring Week and the Freak Formal (Halloween Party).
Hofstra Concerts - Hofstra Concerts organizes the major concert events on campus. Recent performers include Amber, Busta Rhymes, The Wallflowers, the Goo Goo Dolls, Third Eye Blind, Eve 6, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and George Clinton. The club handles all aspects of the concert, including production, publicity, hospitality, security and ticket sales.
Organization of Commuter Students - OCS is concerned with serving the needs of the commuter student. It helps solve many problems, such as meal plans, parking, etc. Weekly meetings are held every Wednesday at 11:15 a.m. (Common Hour) in the Student Center.
SOAR - SOAR promotes awareness of animal rights and veganism.
SNAP - SNAP, Students for Non Alcoholic Programs, promotes non-alcoholic social programs for Hofstra students .
