Land Use Training Program for Municipal Planning and Zoning Officials

The Wilbur F. Breslin Center for Real Estate Studies in collaboration with Maurice A. School of Law at Hofstra University, Nassau County Planning Commission and the Institute of Real Estate @ Hofstra University hosted a free Land Use Training Program for Municipal Planning and Zoning Officials on September 10, 2012 from 5:15 to 9:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room, Sondra and Davis S. Mack Student Center. The program provided 3.5 CLE credits and l CLE legal ethics credit in professional practice for non-transitional attorneys and AICP Certification Maintenance (CM) credits for planners. The course is intended to fulfill the New York State training requirement for municipal planning and zoning officials. Three panels were held:
