Social Media and Real Estate Development

On November 16, 2010 the Wilbur F. Breslin Center for Real Estate Studies and The Institute of Real Estate (IRE) at Hofstra University presented a conference titled Social Media and Real Estate Development.
The conference discussed how Social Media is a must for real estate development in the digital age. Social Media has changed the way we communicate and continues to grow exponentially. To quote Erik Qualman, author of Socialnomics, “We don’t have a choice whether to DO social media, the question is how well we DO it.”
The moderator and panelists came from different industries, including real estate, government, news media and advertising. They shared their experiences and expertise with Social Media.
