Education at the Hofstra University Museum
FOR TEACHERS & SCHOOLS K-12
The Hofstra University Museum is committed to making the study of works of art and artifacts a part of each student’s educational experience. School tours and programs related to exhibitions and the Outdoor Sculpture Collection are designed to help students and teachers connect works of art to both their school curriculum and their life experiences. Each year the Hofstra University Museum serves the public and private schools of the Long Island region with engaging and meaningful explorations of authentic objects and art.
