Nassau County at 100: The Past and Present in Photographs

In commemoration of Nassau County's Centennial, guest curator Linda B. Martin has selected 25 vintage photographs of Nassau County and photographed the same scenes today, providing a dramatic visual record of the changes over time.The archival photographs from various repositories (dating from 1873 to 1927), document visually the history of Nassau County, as the contemporary photographs provide an interesting and unique perspective on the present.
