Are you angry? Do you know of someone with an anger problem? Anger leads to marital distress, parent-child problems, loss of friends, trouble on the job, aggressive driving and road rage, inability to think clearly/poor decision making, violence, drug and alcohol use, and medical problems such as heart disease or stroke.
Our Anger Management Programs help adults and adolescents with the two types of anger:
Anger Out:
Yelling, screaming, throwing or breaking objects, pushing others, hitting, slapping, shoving, etc.
Anger In:
Thinking about mistreatment and neglect, pouting, dwelling on the misdeeds of others. Fantasizing about getting even and revenge.
We provide the following research-supported services:
- Individualized, Anger Management Counseling Services
- Assessment of anger and the potential for aggression
- Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy for anger and aggression
- Speakers for hospitals, schools, and community agencies
- Seminars for community agencies and corporations
Services are low cost, individual, and confidential.
