Women In Transition: 7:15-8:30 pm: A psycho-educational support group for women who are experiencing life changes. This group will help members explore current life challenges, build skills for negotiating change and create a future vision.
Premarital Group: 7:15-8:30 pm: A 6 week psycho-educational group for engaged couples & newlyweds to explore expectations of marriage & strengthen communication skills. - WEDNESDAY:
Intimate Relationship Group: 6:30-8:00 pm
A psycho-educational group for individuals and couples to explore strategies that can increase communication, strengthen emotional bonds and revive passion in intimate relationships.
Teen Talk: 6:30-8:00 pm
A weekly psycho-educational support group for teens facing a variety of developmental issues.
Adult Divorce Support: 6:30-8:00 pm A psycho-educational support group for adults that addresses the emotional impact of the separation and divorce process.
Children’s Self-Esteem: 6:30-8:00 pm: This weekly psycho-educational group focuses on building self-esteem and confidence in children - THURSDAY:
Children of Divorce: 5:30-7:00 pm
This weekly group for children of divorce helps kids understand and cope with separation and/or divorce. - SATURDAY:
Effective Parenting and Discipline: 11:00 am -12:30 pm
This weekly psycho-educational group for parents focuses on developing positive parenting strategies and effective discipline skills
Caring for Caregivers: 9:30-11:00 am This psycho-educational group will help those caring for a loved one learn healthy coping strategies, minimize stress, and gain emotional support
