Meeting Facilities

Meeting Areas

Meeting spaces at Hofstra provide the setting for small and large gatherings year-round. The centrally located Student Center and Library facilities can accommodate conference groups of up to 1,500 persons during the summer months. Outdoor plazas and quads surrounding the buildings invite guests to enjoy our beautiful 240-acre campus. Tents may be used in some areas to allow for even more usable space. Meetings at Hofstra provide continuous academic and social enrichment for the Hofstra community.

The Room Capacity Chart describes meeting rooms on the Hofstra Campus and their capacities. For more information about facilities, including outdoor and classroom space, contact the Office of Event Management Systems about the Scheduler Plus program.

The Student Center Map provides a layout of all the rooms located in the Sondra and David S. Mack Student Center.

Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader are required to view and print any of the above PDF documents.
