There is a trend in universities towards more specialized graduate programs and programs with a focus on executive education. At Hofstra, there are specialized programs for executives, medical students, sports managers, educators and other professionals. The panel will explore the specific needs of executives and effective methods for teaching, training, and recruiting executives from various fields.
