The Center for Teaching and Scholarly Excellence (CTSE) at Hofstra University was established in 1990. The purpose of the CTSE is to support Hofstra faculty in their pursuit of excellence in teaching, learning, research, publication, and other scholarly activities through a variety of academic programs.
