This is a benefit for Hofstra science education scholarships, and tickets are required for attendance. The evening is suitable for the general public, teachers, and students of all ages.
IDEAS invites you to meet Dr. Michael Baden, forensic pathologist at an IDEAS Fundraiser for the benefit of science education scholarships.
Enjoy a glass of wine, sample several desserts, and listen to Dr. Michael Baden discuss his experiences as a forensic pathologist. He has overseen cases ranging from the death of John Belushi to the examination of the remains of Tsar Nicholas II, and has served as an expert witness in countless criminal cases, including the trials of Claus von Bulow and O.J. Simpson. Dr. Baden is the host of the pioneering HBO television show Autopsy,and helped spark the forensic science craze!
