Bio:

Dr. Pincus earned a BBA, MBA, and Ph.D. from Hofstra University.  He is currently a member of the sales management team for United Airlines.  Prior to joining United, Dr. Pincus worked for Continental Airlines in their sales management department and Eastern Airlines in their Marketing Department.

Over the years Dr. Pincus has presented at numerous training sessions, and conferences.  Dr. Pincus is a member of the Long Island Association a former board member of both Long Island ASTA, and the Long Island Business Travel Association.  He also serves as a Special Assistance Team member at United Airlines.

Dr. Pincus research interests include the relationship between key employee behaviors and organizational outcomes, organizational cultures impact on organizational success, and the effects of work life balance on employee engagement.
