Bio:

Dr. Moore received a B.B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.A., an M.A.L.D. and a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University.

Dr. Moore has had articles published in the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Global Marketing, Management International Review, Revista de Administracao de Empresas, and the Revista de Comercio Internacional, in addition to other journals and proceedings. A monograph titled Multinational Corporations and the Regionalization of the Latin American Automotive Industry was published in 1980, and another monograph (co-authored), The Sao-Paulo Consumer, appeared in 1976. Dr. Moore was the co-editor of Multinational Culture: the Social Impacts of a Global Economy, published by Greenwood Press in 1992, and was the editor of the Hofstra Business Review and the Occasional Papers in Business Series, 1985-89.

Dr. Moore has taught at Boston University, New York University, the University of Texas at Austin, Erasmus University (the Netherlands), the Escola de Administracao de Empresas de Sao Paulo da Fundacao Getulio Vargas (Brazil), and in 1986-87 was a Fulbright Fellow at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

A member of the Academy of International Business and the Business Association of Latin American Studies, Dr. Moore has served on the World Trade Committee and the Small Business Committee of the Long Island Association for more than 15 years.

Dr. Moore was Associate Dean of the Hofstra School of Business, 1982-85, and Director of the Hofstra University Business Research Institute, 1985-91.
