Bio:

LESLIE SCHUSTER, adjunct associate professor, received his B.A. and his M.A. from Queens College in 1966 and 1968, respectively, and his Ph.D. from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York in 1979. Dr. Schuster is associate professor of political science at the New York Institute of Technology. His specialties include comparative politics and international relations, with particular expertise in the area of Canadian politics.
