Bio:
MICHAEL C. REAR, adjunct assistant professor, received his B.A. from Hofstra University in 1982, and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the City University of New York Graduate Center in 1985 and in 2005, respectively. Dr. Rear teaches courses in American politics and international relations. His main research interest is the issue of United Nations peace-keeping.
